Al-Arabia Sugar Mills, Shahpur, District Sargodha, needed to treat the high-volume, high-organic-load wastewater typical of sugar-processing operations, on a schedule tied to the mill's seasonal crushing cycle.
Critical GREEN designed and established a constructed wetland-based wastewater treatment system, using the combined action of engineered treatment media, naturally occurring microorganisms, and wetland vegetation to reduce pollutant loads without the energy demands of a purely mechanical system.
The project is currently under construction, extending Critical GREEN's sugar-industry wastewater treatment portfolio into Sargodha District.
We collaborate with engineering firms, technology suppliers, and consultants complementary to our environmental engineering focus.
