Mujahid Oil Mills' edible-oil manufacturing operations at Port Qasim, Karachi generate industrial effluent carrying a high organic load. Left untreated, wastewater at this volume and concentration poses a significant environmental discharge risk and a real regulatory compliance challenge for the facility.
Critical GREEN designed, procured and established a Mechanical Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Effluent Treatment Plant on site. SBR technology was selected specifically for its ability to deliver controlled, repeatable biological treatment within a compact footprint — a strong fit for an active industrial site where space and operational simplicity both matter. Critical GREEN managed the project end-to-end, from process design through equipment procurement to on-site installation.
The completed system reliably reduces organic pollution to levels suitable for environmentally responsible discharge, and continues to operate as part of the facility's day-to-day environmental compliance. The project stands as a clear example of Critical GREEN's capability to deliver dependable, engineered biological treatment for industrial clients where wastewater quality and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.
