Textile dyeing and bleaching operations at Pakeezah Dyeing & Bleaching, Karachi generate wastewater carrying biodegradable organic matter alongside process-related dyeing and bleaching contaminants — a more chemically complex effluent than typical industrial wastewater, and one that demands a treatment system able to handle both consistently.
The Solution
Critical GREEN designed, procured and established a Mechanical SBR-based Effluent Treatment Plant, engineered to deliver controlled biological treatment within a compact footprint suited to an operating textile facility — without disrupting day-to-day production.
The Outcome
