Textile dyeing and bleaching operations at Pakeezah Dyeing & Bleaching, Karachi generate wastewater carrying biodegradable organic matter alongside process-related dyeing and bleaching contaminants โ a more chemically complex effluent than typical industrial wastewater, and one that demands a treatment system able to handle both consistently.
Critical GREEN designed, procured and established a Mechanical SBR-based Effluent Treatment Plant, engineered to deliver controlled biological treatment within a compact footprint suited to an operating textile facility โ without disrupting day-to-day production.
The completed plant meets environmental discharge requirements for the facility's dyeing and bleaching wastewater, and demonstrates Critical GREEN's capability to adapt proven biological treatment technology to the specific chemistry and operating rhythm of industrial textile processing.
