The Challenge
Ramzan Sugar Mills, Bhawana, District Chiniot, needed an environmentally sound treatment solution for its sugar-processing wastewater, while keeping operating costs manageable across a seasonal crushing cycle.
The Solution
Critical GREEN designed a constructed wetland-based wastewater treatment system, chosen specifically to minimize dependence on energy-intensive mechanical processes while still delivering effective biological treatment.
The Outcome
The project is currently under construction, extending Critical GREEN's sugar-industry wastewater treatment portfolio into Chiniot District.
